Abouraya v Sigmund & Ors [2014] EWHC 277 (Ch). Successfully resisted an application by the claimant, an Egyptian businessman, for permission to bring a double derivative claim against the first defendant, a German national, on behalf of a company incorporated in Hong Kong, and its wholly owned English subsidiary, in respect of another subsidiary incorporated in Switzerland; led by David di Mambro.

Henry’s experience in the Companies Court as sole counsel includes appearing on winding-up petitions on behalf of both creditors and debtors, and applications for validation orders, extensions of time for registration of company charges and the removal of information from the Companies House register.
