Experience and Expertise

Henry accepts instructions on behalf of executors, trustees, beneficiaries and other potentially interested parties. He advises on the validity and construction of wills, the administration of estates, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and has represented clients in the course of both contentious and non-contentious probate proceedings in the Chancery and Family Divisions of the High Court.
