- Acting on the dissolution of a long-standing family farming business worth £16m farmed through the medium of a partnership and a family company, raising issues of division of land and assets, appropriateness of sale or partition as remedies consequent on dissolution, unfair prejudice and enforceability of the settlement Acting on a quasi-partnership dispute between dentists in the Marylebone area
- Advising a firm of solicitors on the expulsion of one of the partnership as a consequence of drawing a will under which he stood to benefit substantially contrary to the guidance in Wintle v. Nye
