Experience and Expertise

Nathan regularly acts in and advises on professional negligence claims related to his main areas of practice. Much of his professional negligence practice therefore involves claims brought against solicitors or accountants in the context of conveyancing, will drafting and IHT planning.

Recent reported cases include Green v Eadie [2012] Ch 363 (and before the Court of Appeal at [2012] EWCA Civ 762) which involved, inter alia, a professional negligence claim against conveyancers who were alleged not to have advised properly on the boundaries of the property purchased by their client.
