Employment

Members of Chambers litigate and advise in matters relating to employment, including wrongful dismissal, redundancy, statutory rights, garden leave, disputes over pay and bonuses, and discrimination on grounds of sex, age, race, disability, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or age.

In addition to pure employment matters, members litigate and advise in relation to covenants restricting competition and the misuse of confidential information, including questions of enforceability and claims for injunctions, (including springboard injunctions), and other remedies. We are able to act quickly to seek interim relief in cases of urgency.

Members also undertake the drafting of contractual terms in this context.
