Corporate Insolvency

Members of Chambers undertake work in all areas of corporate insolvency law. This includes administrations, administrative receivers, liquidations, winding-up petitions, injunctions to restrain advertisement of petitions, applications for rescission, validation orders, CVAs, CVLs, applications for provisional liquidators and interim receivers, applications about the remuneration of office-holders, applications relating to the adjustment of prior transactions, misfeasance proceedings, and tracing and recovery of corporate assets.

Although they are not necessarily concerned with insolvency, we are instructed in public interest winding-up petitions presented by the Secretary of State.
