Members of Radcliffe Chambers undertake a wide range of public law work. An important part of this is concerned with statutory controls on the use of land. Our clients include local authorities, property professionals and landowners.
Members are experienced in appearing at public inquiries and at hearings in the Upper Tribunal and the Administrative Court.
We advise on and represent parties to applications for injunctions to restrain breaches of planning control, for committal for breach of court orders, and similar matters.
Some members prosecute or defend criminal proceedings brought under planning and environmental legislation.
