We are pleased to announce that Henry Day has joined chambers.
Henry read Classics at Merton College, Oxford, and was called to the Bar in 2011. He completed a busy 12-month pupillage in chambers during which he was supervised by Mark Mullen, Elizabeth Ovey, Marcus Flavin and William Moffett.
Henry is developing a broad chancery practice. During the course of his pupillage he has gained experience of personal and corporate insolvency, real property and landlord and tenant, wills and probate, charities, trusts and estates, consumer credit and mortgages, pensions, solicitors’ negligence, contractual disputes, and matters in the Court of Protection.
He recently undertook a six-week secondment in the Lender Services department of a national firm of solicitors.
