Stephen Acton has a busy commercial chancery practice. He is an extremely experienced practitioner and has considerable expertise in a wide variety of cases. His core practice covers all areas of property law and commercial landlord and tenant, commercial and contractual disputes, company and insolvency (corporate and personal), partnership and joint ventures, trusts, probate and estates and related professional negligence matters.

Stephen is meticulous, commercially-minded and robust as required. His reputation is as a tough commercial chancery litigator. He has appeared in numerous reported cases over the years (including several at Court of Appeal level and one in the House of Lords) and in countless unreported ones.
