Callum Clark
Practice Manager
Callum joined Radcliffe Chambers in 2023 after beginning his career in 2013. He is directly responsible for the management and development of the commercial team within Chambers.
Callum has a detailed understanding of the specialist practice areas in which his members operate, and an awareness of client expectations and needs in the domestic and international markets. He ensures his team deliver the high standards of service that all our clients expect. Callum has a commercial approach to fee negotiation and is willing to discuss progressive fee arrangements to suit different case and client requirements.
Callum works closely with the Chief Executive and Head of Marketing assisting with developing Chambers’ brand, reinforcing client relations domestically and internationally. He also works closely with his members strategising their practice development and implementing this from year to year. His responsibilities in Chambers include all areas of practice management, business development, diary management, allocation of new work, complex listing arrangements and fee negotiation.
Callum is a member of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks (IBC) and enjoyed a period of time sitting on the IBC Career Development Committee. He previously was a committee member of the London Young Lawyers Group and London Legal Networking Group.
Callum currently sits as a committee member of the New Professional Group of R3 (Association of Business Recovery Professionals) London & Southeast.
