Callum Clark

With over a decade of experience in chambers management and clerking, Callum works closely with barristers and professional clients to deliver a responsive, commercially focused and solutions-driven service. He has a proven track record of developing new business and building strong professional relationships while maintaining a consistently high standard of service for both barristers and clients. Since joining Radcliffe Chambers in 2023, he has been promoted to Senior Practice Manager in recognition of his contribution to the growth and development of Chambers.

Callum combines a detailed understanding of his barristers’ practices with a pragmatic approach to client service. He advises on the instruction of counsel, complex listing arrangements, fee discussions and bespoke fee structures, helping clients identify practical solutions that reflect the demands and objectives of their matters.

Working closely with Chambers’ Chief Executive, marketing team and barristers, Callum contributes to the development and delivery of business development initiatives, strengthens relationships with clients and professional contacts, and identifies opportunities for practice growth across domestic and international markets. His wider responsibilities include practice management, work allocation, diary management and supporting the development of teams across Chambers.

Callum is a member of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks and previously served on its Career Development Committee. He has also held committee positions with the London Young Lawyers Group and the London Legal Networking Group. He currently serves on the London & South East New Professionals Committee of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Callum is valued for his commercial judgement, responsiveness and collaborative approach, with a particular focus on delivering practical solutions to complex and demanding matters.
