Oliver Hilton has a busy traditional chancery practice, with expertise in trusts, estates, pensions and property disputes, especially contentious probate, Inheritance Act 1975 claims, challenges to lifetime transactions, and constructive trusts, proprietary estoppel and co-ownership disputes, as well as related professional negligence matters. He has a wealth of experience in drafting complex and intricate wills, trusts, pension documentation and associated instruments, in addition to applying for variation of the same. Oliver appears regularly in the High Court and has acted on numerous occasions in matters before the Court of Appeal. He has considerable experience representing clients at mediations.
