Olivia joined Radcliffe Chambers as a tenant in October 2024, following the successful completion of her pupillage. Olivia accepts instructions across all of Chambers’ core practice areas.
Olivia regularly appears as sole counsel in the County Courts and High Courts and is building a broad chancery and commercial practice.
During pupillage, Olivia was involved in cases across the range of traditional and commercial chancery work, including, insolvency, contract disputes, trusts, probate, pensions, landlord and tenant and charities.
Olivia was supervised by Andrew Brown, Oliver Hilton, Henry Day and Lauren Kreamer.
Prior to commencing pupillage Olivia worked in the corporate department of a well-regarded regional solicitors’ firm. She was involved in restructuring, share sales and other corporate matters.
Olivia read Theology and Religious Studies at Keble College, Oxford prior to completing the law conversion and Bar Practice Course at The University of Law, achieving the classification of ‘Distinction’ and ‘Outstanding’ respectively. While completing her Bar Practice Course, Olivia also completed a master’s level qualification through the BPC LLM Pro Bono pathway. Olivia has been awarded both a Lord Denning Scholarship and Lord Haldane Scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn.
