Paul Newhall
Chief Executive
Paul joined Radcliffe Chambers in March 2025 and is an experienced chambers CEO.
Working closely with the Head of Chambers, the Executive Committee, members, and staff, he is responsible for defining and delivering chambers’ overall strategy. He provides leadership and support across all areas of chambers’ operations encompassing practice management, business development and marketing, finance, IT, and regulatory compliance.
Paul’s role includes leading on long-term client development as well as identifying new markets and other related areas of opportunity for Radcliffe Chambers and its members.
Prior to becoming a chambers CEO, Paul held Executive Director positions at two UK law firms.
In addition to his chambers’ responsibilities, he sits on the Bar Council’s Bar Representation Committee and is Co-Chair of Bar Council’s Chambers Management Panel.
