A flexible and practically-minded practitioner, Piers Digby has a broad chancery and commercial practice and accepts instructions across all of Chambers’ core areas of work, with a particular focus on insolvency, private client, and commercial disputes.
Piers has experience of working with regulatory matters within the General Counsel’s Division of the Financial Conduct Authority, and has experience of appellate matters arising from County Court claims.
Before becoming a tenant at Chambers, Piers read law at Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge, attaining a first-class LLM focused on international commercial litigation and trusts, complete with the EM Burnett Prize for performance in finals. Before that, he read law at City Law School, passing his GDL with distinction.
