Piers was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in October 2019, having been awarded the Richard Yorke Award for potential as an advocate. As a pupil, Piers has encountered a broad range of insolvency, commercial, property, and private client work, under the supervision of Adam Deacock, Clive Moys, and Gary Lidington.
Piers came to Radcliffe from the Cambridge LLM, having received a first class degree and the EM Burnett Prize for performance in finals, following completion of the GDL at City Law School, having passed with distinction.
Piers has addressed Lord Kerr, then of the Supreme Court, as the winner of the Big Voice London Moot, and Lord Kitchin as the winner of the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot.
