Simon Mills is an experienced commercial barrister working in civil fraud, banking & finance litigation, contentious insolvency and asset recovery. He is lead counsel in the Arena litigation, a series of asset-recovery cases involving the largest hire purchase fraud ever seen in the UK with losses exceeding £280 million.

Simon is known for his user-friendly service and practical approach to helping his clients who are mainly financial institutions and banks, companies and insolvency practitioners.
