Commercial barristers Caroline Bolton and Anthony Dearing joined Radcliffe Chambers in January 2018, bringing with them experience in commercial, chancery, banking, property, and local government disputes and transactions.

Caroline Bolton was called to the Bar in 1998 and has a busy commercial, chancery and local government practice. She has extensive experience obtaining urgent injunctive relief. Her recent work includes representing the investors in a multi-party action against Yorkshire Bank on a claim arising out of the Arck LLP fraud and acting for the local authority in Amey Wye Valley Limited v Herefordshire District Council, a complex dispute relating to a £200 million infrastructure contract.

Anthony Dearing started his career in the Enforcement Division of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and developed his practice at leading law firms Eversheds LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, before becoming a self-employed barrister. His practice encompasses financial regulation, international banking & finance, commercial litigation, local government, and public procurement disputes and transactions. He is currently acting for a group of claimants against a high street bank for breach of trust. Anthony was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998.
