Join us for Junior Programme: Charities ‘Problematic purposes and tricky trustees’ presented by Matthew Mills and Louis Grandjouan on Thursday, 25 May 2023 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

During the webinar, Matt will explain what schemes are, when charity trustees might need one, and how they can get one. Louis will then look at what charity trustees can and should do in a situation where a fellow trustee has lost their confidence, refuses to leave, and the existing internal mechanisms for their removal are inadequate.

Junior Programme events are aimed at recently qualified lawyers and consist of an hour long webinar covering topical issues such as recent case law. The webinars will however provide a helpful refresher for more experienced practitioners and we welcome all of those who are interested in joining. Please do forward this invite as appropriate.
