Radcliffe Chambers welcomes commercial and insolvency barristers Kate Rogers and Katie Longstaff

Radcliffe Chambers is pleased to welcome two new members, commercial and insolvency barristers Kate Rogers and Katie Longstaff.

Kate Rogers was called to the Bar in 2009. Her expertise encompasses restructuring and insolvency disputes, general commercial litigation, banking and financial services matters, and company law. She is ranked as a leading junior on the Midland Circuit by Legal 500 UK Bar. Her recent work includes representing a high street bank in proceedings relating to the alleged mis-selling of an interest rate hedging product.

Katie Longstaff was called to the Bar in 2013. She has a busy general commercial practice, with particular emphasis on corporate and personal insolvency. She recently acted as sole counsel for a well-known bank defending a common-intention constructive trust claim.

Radcliffe Chambers’ CEO Fiona Fitzgerald said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Kate and Katie to chambers. Their arrival strengthens our offering across several of our core commercial practice areas and furthers our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients and providing the best possible client experience.’

Kate and Katie’s arrival follows the addition of three other experienced insolvency and commercial barristers in the first half of 2018: Matthew Weaver, who joined in April, and Caroline Bolton and Anthony Dearing, who became tenants in January.
