Our next Junior Programme webinar focuses on litigation law and will be presented by Nick Macklam and James Fagan on Thursday 10 December, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

Nick will present a countdown of the top ten interesting cases from 2020, from the High Court to the Supreme Court.

James with then provide an overview of the Supreme Court’s recent decisions in Stoffel & Co v Grondona [2020] 3 W.L.R. 1156 and Henderson v Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust [2020] 3 W.L.R. 1124
