We are delighted to announce the Radcliffe Chambers Restructuring and Insolvency Conference 2024 on Thursday, 28th November, from 12:00 to 19:30 at etc. venues St Paul’s.

The sessions will be led by Radcliffe Chambers barristers along with special guest speakers.

The day will begin with a plenary session on Restructuring Plans. Following this session, we will have several breakout sessions providing practical guidance on offshore matters, issues of different income structures, claims without loss, and some case updates.

The conference will be followed by an evening of drinks and canapés from around 18:00. We are aware the ILA are holding their annual dinner on the same evening. We have started our conference earlier to ensure those attending the dinner can leave in good time.

Secure an early bird rate of £150 + VAT for this half-day conference until 04/10/2024. The price will then change to the regular rate of £190 + VAT. A 10% discount will be applied to individual firm group purchases of 5 or more tickets.
