Join us for ‘Establishing economic duress’ and ‘Contract Caselaw Update’ – Junior Programme: Commercial webinar presented by Jonathan Edwards and James Fagan on Thursday, 30 September 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM.

In this webinar Jonathan will consider the economic duress doctrine and how the Supreme Court limited the scope of lawful act duress in the decision of Pakistan International Airline Corp v Times Travel (UK) Ltd [2021] UKSC 40. James will present on recent decisions that consider aspects of commercial contract law including topics such as failure of consideration and restraint of trade clauses.

Junior Programme events are aimed at recently qualified lawyers and consist of an hour long webinar covering topical issues such as recent case law.
