We are delighted to announce that commercial and insolvency KC, David Mohyuddin has moved his full practice to Radcliffe Chambers.
David was called to the bar in 1999 before taking silk in 2016 and becoming a Deputy High Court Judge in 2021. He specialises in corporate and personal insolvency and commercial litigation.
David’s recent work includes representing the former receivers of a Champions League football club, in which he successfully resisted allegations that the receivers had sold assets at a multi-million pound undervalue; and advising and representing the administrators of several peer-to-peer lending platforms. He is currently instructed by the Secretary of State in large-scale directors disqualification proceedings arising from a significant corporate failure.
He is highly ranked in both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, being described as ‘an excellent strategist’ who ‘displays an intricate knowledge of the law and applies it brilliantly’.
It is well known that David is not only ‘technically excellent’ but also a ‘pleasure to work with’, making him popular with clients.
