An Update on the Restructuring Tool – More than a Year On – Andrew Brown:
Recent cases have highlighted the increasing use of the restructuring tool within different contexts, and some of the new challenges that were mere hypotheticals when the tool was first introduced are now being tested by the Courts. This update will examine the most recent and interesting cases.

Cross-border restructuring after COVID and Brexit – top tips – Lauren Kreamer:
As various jurisdictions start to ramp down their pandemic-related business-protection measures, the focus is returning to the effect of Brexit on cross-border restructuring proceedings. Lauren will identify some of the key pitfalls which arise in relation to cross-border restructurings, and how best to tackle those issues.

Junior Programme events are aimed at recently qualified lawyers and consist of an hour long webinar covering topical issues such as recent case law.
