Kate Selway KC to speak at ACTAPS Regional Event in Exeter

We are pleased to share that Kate Selway KC will be speaking at the upcoming ACTAPS Regional Event Exeter 2026 on 26 March 2026.

The event will take place at Michelmores Exeter Office from 16:00 to 19:00 and will bring together leading practitioners for an afternoon of discussion and networking.

Kate will be speaking as part of The Hot Seat Q&A session, where she will cover “Fraudsters and Freezing Injunctions”, alongside:

  • Ollie Murrell (Guildhall Chambers) – Packer v Packer: The case of the missing wills
  • Alex Troup KC (St John’s Chambers) – Death of mediation?

The session will be introduced by Josh Lewison, ACTAPS co-chair.

The programme will include registration and introductions from 16:00, followed by the Q&A session at 16:30, and networking drinks from 18:00.
