We are delighted to announce Radcliffe Chambers Private Client Conference 2023, Thursday, 22nd June, 13:00 – 20:00 at Ironmongers’ Hall, London.

The day will begin with the Pitch to Partners plenary session, which involves our members competing against each other to pitch the best case of 2022/2023 to a panel of partners, and the audience! Who will win, will you agree?

The following breakout sessions include practical guidance on changes to the investment regime for charities, how to deal with pensions in disputed estates, dealing with aggressive adult claimants under the 1975 Act, and a discussion on offshore trusts.

To finish, in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly plenary session, we ask a panel of leading private client experts what lessons we should learn from their impressive knowledge and skills.

The conference will be followed by an evening of drinks and canapés from 18:00.
