On 13 October, the High Court continued the ‘Traveller injunction’ held by the London Borough of Havering for a further 12 months. The injunction, like many others of its kind, restrains the formation of unauthorised encampments and the depositing of waste on selected sensitive sites within the Borough.
Natalie Pratt represented the claimant local authority and secured the continuation of the relief. A copy of the judgment can be found here.
