As well as what charity trustees can and should do in a situation where a fellow trustee has lost their confidence, refuses to leave, and the existing internal mechanisms for their removal are inadequate.

Junior Programme events are aimed at recently qualified lawyers and consist of an hour long talk covering topical issues such as recent case law. The talks will however provide a helpful refresher for more experienced practitioners, and we welcome all of those who are interested in joining.
