Proprietary Estoppel and Farming Cases
Jonathan Edwards will discuss how the court weighs up proprietary estoppel claims and decides what relief to grant in farming cases, looking specifically at some of the more recent cases including Guest v Guest and Morton v Morton and considering some of the complications that can arise.

Natalie will discuss how to approach claims relating unlawful interferences with land, especially where the identity of the defendant is unknown.
