This talk will focus particularly on the strategy for Part 36 offers and how to avoid making an offer that is invalid or is no use after trial

Top tips for dealing with litigants in person
As litigation costs continue to increase, litigators are seeing an increase in litigants in person in the civil courts. Lauren Kreamer will discuss the issues that typically arise when dealing with litigants in person, the obligations imposed on lawyers acting on the other side, the approach of the courts, and some top tips for dealing with the challenges of litigating against litigants in person.
