On Thursday 10 December, Nicholas Macklam presented a countdown of the top ten interesting cases from 2020, from the High Court to the Supreme Court. James Fagan then provided an overview of the Supreme Court’s recent decisions in Stoffel & Co v Grondona [2020] 3 W.L.R. 1156 and Henderson v Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust [2020] 3 W.L.R. 1124.
