James discusses developments in the law of misrepresentation following the recent decisions in Leeds CC v Barclays Bank Plc [2021] EWHC 363 (Comm), PCP Capital Partners LLP v Barclays Bank Plc [2021] EWHC 307 (Comm), and ABN Amro Bank NV v Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Plc [2021] EWHC 442 (Comm).
