James Morgan KC will be joining Radcliffe Chambers as a full member with effect from 5 June 2023. James, a highly-regarded chancery and commercial practitioner, with particular expertise in the fields of restructuring and insolvency, company and commercial dispute resolution, joined Radcliffe Chambers in October 2018 while retaining a practice with St Philips Chambers in Birmingham.

Top ranked in the legal directories, clients have commented that “when you instruct James you know that he will approach things in a methodical manner and that his advice will be on point.” and “He is very cerebral, bright and really good on paper. James commenting on his move to full time member stated, ‘I am very pleased and really looking forward to the next phase of my career. James will be continuing his work as a Deputy High Court Judge (Chancery) and as a Recorder of the County Court, whilst maintaining his practice.
