James Morgan KC joins Radcliffe Chambers as an associate member

Chancery and commercial silk James Morgan KC has joined Radcliffe Chambers as an associate member.

James Morgan KC was called to the Bar in 1996 and took silk in 2017. He is highly regarded for his general commercial and chancery practices, and noted for particular expertise in the areas of company, and restructuring and insolvency law. He is recognised for his excellence across these disciplines by both Chambers UK Bar and Legal 500 Bar.

His recent work includes acting in a 10-day misfeasance trial arising out of the affairs of a football league club, successfully acting for administrators in defeating an application to remove them on the grounds of a conflict of interest, and advising as to the interaction of insolvency and shipping law in the context of the administration of travel companies with various cross-border issues.

He is described in Chambers UK Bar 2018 as “an extremely assured courtroom performer who readily gains complete client confidence”.
