Radcliffe Chambers is proud to announce that we have been recognised as a Top 75 employer in the 2023 Social Mobility Employment Index. We are the only Barrister Chambers to be listed this year.

The Social Mobility Employment Index was created by the Social Mobility Foundation (SMF) in 2017. The Index was the first national awards dedicated to social mobility, recognising the forward-thinking organisations that are working to progress social mobility.

They rank UK employers based on the actions they take to ensure they are providing equal opportunities for people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. The Index helps to highlight employers who are doing the most to change their recruitment process and advance talented employees from different types of backgrounds.
