Radcliffe Chambers is pleased to welcome Edward Cousins as an Associate Member. Edward is an extremely experienced former barrister and Principal Judge of the Land Registration Division. He is able to provide advice on wide-ranging property issues, and can also sit as a Mediator and Arbitrator but, due to his former status in the Judiciary, cannot become involved in litigious matters.
He was called to the Bar in 1971 and pursued a successful career with expertise in property and land law, and associated Chancery litigation. He is a specialist property and planning lawyer, with particular expertise in markets and fairs, including street trading; land registration; commons and village greens; manorial rights; and mines and minerals.
Fiona Fitzgerald, CEO of Radcliffe Chambers said: “We are delighted that Edward is joining chambers. His experience and profile speak for themselves and he is a great asset to our growing property team.”
