The Limits of Limited Liability – presented by Louis Grandjouan

Louis will consider what commercial litigators need to know about the limits to limited liability when advising shareholders or directors.

Exclusion and Limitation Clauses – presented by Olivia Wilson

Olivia will provide a recap of the basic principles, identify common pitfalls and discuss recent cases that demonstrate the modern judicial approach to exclusion and limitation clauses in commercial contracts.

​This is an in-person event only and will be hosted at the Ashworth Centre in Lincoln’s Inn.

Junior Programme events are aimed at recently qualified lawyers and consist of an hour long sessions covering topical issues such as recent case law. The sessions will however provide a helpful refresher for more experienced practitioners and we welcome all of those who are interested in joining.
