We are pleased to announce that, with effect from today, 5 October 2026, James Fagan joins the Law Library in Dublin, Ireland alongside his established practice in England and Wales. James will continue to be based at Radcliffe Chambers in London, with his English and Welsh practice remaining his primary focus.

James practises in insolvency, private client, and commercial matters. His Irish law expertise complements his work in England and Wales, enabling him to advise on matters involving either or both jurisdictions.

Called to the Bar of Ireland in 2022, James has advised on Irish law commercial contracts disputes, cross-border enforcement, and estates involving Irish assets and succession issues. Joining the Law Library will strengthen that practice, enhancing his ability to advise clients in the U.K., Ireland and further afield.
