Matthew Weaver KC and Andrew Brown admitted to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the British Virgin Islands

Matthew Weaver KC and Andrew Brown have been admitted to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands, with effect from 17 September 2026.

Matthew is a leading Silk specialising in restructuring, insolvency, company law, and commercial litigation, with considerable experience in commercial fraud, asset tracing, and professional liability. He regularly acts in complex high-value disputes and restructuring matters, both in the UK and internationally.

Andrew is a commercial chancery barrister specialising in complex insolvency and commercial disputes. He has particular experience in asset recovery, constructive trusts, and commercial disputes, and has appeared in appeals before the Court of Appeal and Privy Council, including in Caribbean matters.
