We are delighted to be a top 75 employer in the The Social Mobility Foundation’s Employer Index!

We have improved our ranking from 62nd to 57th 🎉

The Social Mobility Employment Index was created by the Social Mobility Foundation (SMF) in 2017. They were the first national awards dedicated to social mobility, recognising the forward-thinking organisations that are working to progress social mobility.

Being part of #SMFIndex22 helped us to:
◼ Understand what works with our current social mobility strategy.​
◼ Identify development areas to further champion socioeconomic diversity.​
◼ Get tailor-made feedback on how to make a difference to disadvantaged young people in a cost-of-living crisis.​
◼ Put plans in place to contribute to a more equitable society for all, rewarding potential rather than polish.​

We are currently the only chambers to be ranked, we urge more chambers to enter in 2023.
