We undertake a wide range of planning and development work (including enforcement, injunctions, prosecutions and direct action) for local planning authorities, property developers, landowners and third party objectors including: planning policy and site promotion/allocation advice; section 106 planning obligations and affordable housing (drafting and varying); Community Infrastructure Levy; viability; highway agreements; Lawful Development Certificates; heritage assets and advice about the planning application process.
We are experienced at representing local planning authorities, appellants, and rule 6 parties at planning appeals, by public inquiry or informal hearing. Additionally, of appearing in civil and criminal courts in enforcement cases and the Administrative Court – Planning Court in section 288 and 289, and judicial review challenges.
We advise on and represent parties to applications for injunctions to restrain breaches of planning control, for committal for breach of court orders, and similar matters.
