Radcliffe Chambers welcomes two new members

We are delighted to welcome two new members of chambers, Daniel Thorpe and Piers Digby, who join us today following the successful completion of their pupillage.

After graduating in Law from the University of Cambridge, Daniel went on to study an LLM in International Commercial Law at UCL, achieving the highest mark in his Commercial Remedies paper, before studying the BPTC and being called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 2019. Immediately prior to starting pupillage, Daniel gained hands-on experience of litigation and arbitration as a paralegal at a leading boutique litigation firm

Piers was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in October 2019, having been awarded the Richard Yorke Award for potential as an advocate. He came to Radcliffe from the Cambridge LLM, having received a first class degree and the EM Burnett Prize for performance in finals, following completion of the GDL at City Law School, having passed with distinction. Piers has addressed Lord Kerr, then of the Supreme Court, as the winner of the Big Voice London Moot, and Lord Kitchin as the winner of the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot.

Both Daniel and Piers accept instructions across chambers’ core practice areas. Please contact our clerks (clerks@radcliffechambers.com) for further information.
